From broad daylight to a breathtakingly luminous night, the busy streets of Myeonghwan City are constantly packed by curious tourists and residents. First time visitors are bound to come back a second time, as the city has a lot more to it than how it’s perceived in just pictures and brochures. However, entertainment is not the only thing people among the tourists and residents are there for. A mysterious and unnerving atmosphere looms over Myeonghwan, causing people to always be on their edge. Others take it as the charm of the city, not letting other negative thoughts get the better of them that might possibly drive people away in fear. But someone thinks otherwise, that someone being a masked notorious figure who goes by his well-known alias: “Blue Jay”.
